Instructions
Step 1
Numa panela quente pôr a manteiga e azeite.
Step 2
Juntar a cenoura, o aipo, a cebola, a pancetta e deixar suar.
Step 3
Juntar a carne. Deixar os sumos da carne evaporar.
Step 4
Juntar o vinho.
Step 5
Juntar a pasta de tomate, o stock, o louro, orégãos, sal, pimenta e mexer. Tapar e deixar cozinhar por 45min.
Step 6
Meter a massa dentro da panela da carne e mexer.
Step 7
Servir com Parmesão ralado, um fio de azeite e umas folhas de orégãos e alecrim.
