Instructions
Step 1
Slice and core apples. Dice into small cubes. Add to the mixing bowl.
Step 2
Slice and core pear and remove skin. Using the brunoise cut, dice the pear and mix with apples.
Step 3
Mince dried cranberries and add them to the bowl with the apples and pear.
Step 4
Juice lemon into a custard cup. Pour over the apple mixture.
Step 5
Mix caramel and cinnamon together in a liquid measuring cup. Add to the apple mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Divide evenly in small paper bowls for each group member.
Step 7
Serve with Cinnamon Chips, Eat and Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 9
On the cutting board, lightly coat one side of each flour tortilla with the cooking spray. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Sprinkle these wedges with cinnamon and sugar. Lightly spray again.
Step 10
Arrange tortillas in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Step 11
With oven mitts on, place the tray in the center of the oven.
Step 12
Set a timer for 8 minutes.
Step 13
When done, divide evenly in your lab group on a paper plate. Serve with Apple Salsa.
