Philly Cheese steak Pasta Skillet

Instructions

Step 1
Wash and dry produce. Halve core and thinly slice half the green pepper into strips. Halve, peel, and thinly slice onion. Peel and thinly sliced garlic.
Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add green pepper and onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies begin to soften, 4-5 minutes.
Step 3
Add beef and garlic to the pan with veggies. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until brown and cooked through, 4-6 minutes. Add one TBSP flour; stir to coat.
Step 4
Stir pasta, stock concentrates, and two and a 1/2 cups of water into the pan with beef and veggies. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally until pasta is al dente and liquid is reduced and saucy, 9--11 minutes
Step 5
Reduce heat to low. Sprinkle skillet with remaining pepper jack and cover until cheese melts, 1-2 minutes more. Serve straight from skillet.
