Crumbl 🙀 PB- Cornflake cookies w/ marshmallows (No Bake)

Crumbl 🙀 No-bake marshmallow peanut butter cornflake cookies are easy, low-effort, no-bake sweet treats that you can make for those weeknight sweet cravings or for big holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter!

Step 1

In lg. pot over med.-low, melt butter & peanut butter. Add in 10 oz. mini-marshmallows, stirring constantly until fully melted; remove from heat.

Step 2

Stir in cornflakes until fully coated. Mix in 1 oz. mini-marshmallows & optional peanut butter chips; gently fold to combine. (Don't overmix.)

Step 3

Spray lg. cookie scooper with nonstick cooking spray; scoop out 10 equally-sized peanut butter cornflakes balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Grease fingers & gently spread cookies to 1” thickness. (Don't pack them so they aren't too dense.)

Step 4

Melt peanut butter chips & oil in micro. in 30-sec. increments mixing in between every time. Pour mixture in zipper bag; cut sm. opening; top each cookie with some peanut butter drizzle.

Step 5

Let set (20-30 min.) before serving.

Why are my no-bake cornflakes marshmallow cookies not gooey? -If you overcook the peanut butter marshmallow mixture it will almost caramelize and harden as it cools down, so make sure to melt it low and slow. -It’s just too cold where you’re at. The solution to this would be to pop them in the microwave for 5 seconds and enjoy them.

Step 7

These cookies will last (up to 2 days) in an air-tight container at room temp.

Step 8

Pop them in micro. (5 sec.) before enjoying them. They will become ooey-gooey again!
