Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add eggs and sugar and whisk for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Add oil and milk and keep whisking for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Swift in flour and baking powder and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Add a pinch of salt and mix one more time.
Step 5
Pour your cake mix into a cake tin (20cm/7.8inches) previously buttered.
Step 6
Use a sac a poche to add Nutella on top of your cake mix and give it a spiral shape.
Step 7
Bake for 30-35 mins (170C/340F).
Step 8
Let it completely cool down before serving! I like to let it rest a whole night before serving it, it tastes even better the day after! (Make sure you cover it though otherwise it will dry out).
