Pretty good to make in an air fryer, as it turns out! I have a twin drawer air fryer, and bought some mini roasting trays from the Co-op. Halved this recipe as written, and divided between four trays - two in each drawer! For an air fryer, I baked at 170c for 15 mins total. Could probably have gotten away with less time. I didn't get a shiny top unfortunately, but to be fair I was clearly playing about with these instructions 😅 I added more salt than the recipe calls for, and also sprinkled some flaky salt on top straight out of the oven. That's just personal taste, though.

So good! New favourite recipe. I used salted butter because I don’t carry unsalted often. Then I just did half a tsp of salt.

Wow wow wow. Made a half recipe. Used 70% cooking chocolate and chopped in to chunks. Decadent, self control required!

28 minutes at 350 was not long enough

Incredible. Added generous handful of espresso chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips. Also slighty crushed walnuts. Very rich...yum!

It's gooey! Too sweet for my liking though. Will cut the sugar next round.
