Instructions

Step 1
@lizmoody:make the simple syrup: bring 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup water, 4 big sprigs rosemary and 1/2 tsp cinnamon to a boil in smallest pot you have.
Step 2
@lizmoody:reduce heat to simmer, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. let cool with the lid on for 20 more minutes. remove the rosemary.

@lizmoody:this can be made up to a week ahead of time and stored in the fridge. it makes about 1/2 cup, enough for 4 mocktails.
Step 4
@lizmoody:to make each mocktail, add a generous amount of ice to a rocks glass. add 2 tbsp maple simple syrup, 1/4 cup cranberry juice, and 1 tsp ACV
