Instructions
Step 1
Arrange melon in wine goblets or pretty dessert dishes.
Step 2
Place strawberries in a food processor or blender.
Step 3
If strawberries are very sweet, you won't need honey, but if not, add some honey, to taste.
(1teaspoon may be enough for the whole cup.)
Step 4
Add juices and process until smooth.
Step 5
Pour dressing over melon and garnish with mint sprigs.
Step 6
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
