For the dough
350 gramflour

1 Tbspmilk powder
1 sachetyeast
200mlmilk
warm
30mlolive oil
1 tsponion powder
1 tspbruschetta seasoning
1 tspgarlic powder

For the filling

Step 1
Make the dough, let rise for 1 hour
Step 2
Diced the onion and olives, cut the parsley and crumble the feta into a bowl to make the filling
Step 3
Flour the counter and roll out dough to about 1 cm thickness
Step 4
Spread filling over half the dough, sprinkle a little olive oil and fold other half of dough over
Step 5
Cut into strips, and form into a circle. Let rise for 30 minutes
Step 6
Eggwash and bake for 20 minutes on 200 celsius
