Step 1
Spread frozen french fries onto a large baking pan and bake according to packaged directions.

While fries are baking, prepare burger filling. In a large skillet, add ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Brown and crumble ground beef until no longer pink. Drain, if needed.

When fries are done baking, sprinkle one cup of shredded cheese onto fries. Return to oven until cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
