Cajun Corn Ribs with Cajun Ranch Dipping Sauce
5 steps
Prep:20minCook:15min
Have you tried this corn rib trend? I have seen it all over social media the last few months so I decided to give it a try. If you are a corn lover like I am, you would love this recipe. I grilled my corn but you could also air fry them. I served them with a Cajun ranch dipping sauce which took this dish to the next level. It can be difficult to cut the corn into fourths so make sure to have a very sharp knife.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut each cob of corn into quarters. I found that the tall and slender cobs of corn were easier to cut than a wider ear of corn
Step 2
In a small bowl, add melted butter, garlic, hot sauce, Rajun Cajun seasoning and paprika and whisk until combined.
Step 3
Pour 3/4 of the butter on top the corn and grill the corn ribs until tender. For some extra kick, Sprinkle more Rajun Cajun seasoning on top. (optional)
Step 4
Grill the corn ribs until tender. Drizzle remaining cajun butter on top and garnish with cilantro.
