Cherry pie egg rolls

A fun twist on cherry pie, these will go fast! Sweet juicy cherry pie filling inside crispy egg roll wrapper and air fried. And you can use any pie filling you like. Delicious!

Step 1

Lay an eggroll wrapper down like a diamond, put 2 tbsp cream cheese filling in the middle, 1 tbsp cherry pie filling. You’ll fold the egg roll wrapper like an envelope, fold the bottom point up, fold in both sides. Rub a little water on the top point (this will hold it together) fold the top down. This will look like an eggroll.

Step 2

Put inside the air fryer basket, spray with a little cooking spray and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 360° for 8 minutes.

Step 3

Dust with powdered sugar
