Step 1
Crust:
Combine flour, sugar, salt, oil, and milk. Add more flour a little at a time if too wet.
Spread into pie pan. Pre-Bake crust for 5-10 minutes at 375 F. Filling: Combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, and beaten eggs.
After combined... add melted butter and pecans.
Optional: white or semi-sweet chocolate chips. Put filling into slightly baked pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325 F; or until no chocolate mixture comes up with the poke test. Allow to cool. Add whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
