Instructions

Step 1
Beat the pudding mix and milk with a whisk for 2 minutes.

Add crushed cookies and mix well. Cover Loosely and refrigerate one to one and a half hours until firm.

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Spoon truffle mixture into Mounds on wax paper, using about 2 teaspoons per truffle to make centers.

Step 4
Dust hands with cornstarch and roll Mounds into balls, coating hands with cornstarch as needed. Arrange on to another lined baking sheet. Freeze truffles centers for 15 minutes or until firm.

Step 5
For the shells, Melt 6 oz of chocolate in a double boiler until smooth. Temper using 1 oz of chocolate.

Step 6
Immerse truffle centers into chocolate. Using a dipping fork or regular fork, remove truffle from the chocolate. Tap Fork several times to drain excess chocolate, lightly scraped pork on rim of bowl. Place truffle online baking sheet using toothpicks or skewer to slide it off the fork repeat with remaining truffles. Put truffles into refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 7
Melt white chocolate in a double boiler until smooth. Drizzle chocolate over the tops of completed truffles.
