If you like Christmas crack you’re going to love these. Pretzels are coated with a melted butter,sugar, pumpkin spice mixture and baked until the sugar caramelizes giving the pretzels that super crunch and sweet pumpkin spice flavor. They are dark because of the spice and caramelization.

Step 1
Mix butter, sugar and spice in a bowl. Pour over pretzels. Gently mix until we’ll combined. Pour pretzels onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Sugar will caramelize. When you see them turning golden brown take out of oven and cool. Pretzels will have a deep brown color because of the spice and caramelization.
