Instructions
Step 1
Place trivet or steamer basket in the cooker and add water. Place eggs in a single layer (if using a smaller diameter steamer basket, eggs will fit if set up vertically. Do not stack).
Step 2
Lock lid into place and make sure steam release valve is in the off position. Manually set for high pressure and adjust the time to 6 minutes.
Step 3
When finished, quick release the steam and transfer the eggs to an ice water bath and leave in until cooled off
