Air Fryer Corn and Jalapeno Fritters are a fresh and delicious side dish or snack, perfect for fresh summer corn and dipped in Old Bay aioli!

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the kernels off of the corn on the cob.
Step 2
Put the corn kernels in a bowl and add the diced jalapenos, cornmeal, flour, egg, 1/2 Tbsp of the Old Bay, kosher salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly combined and let this sit for 5 minutes before making the fritters.
Step 3
Use your hands to form the fritters (about the size of a hushpuppy) and place directly in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 370 degrees for 12 minutes. (May need to be cooked in two batches depending on air fryer size)Note: They will be very delicate and not hold together well until they are cooked, so putting them right into the air fryer basket is highly recommended.
Step 4
While the fritters cook in the air fryer put the mayo, garlic, lemon juice, and remaining 1/2 Tbsp Old Bay in a bowl and stir until evenly mixed.
Step 5
Serve the fritters with the Old Bay dipping sauce.
