Instructions
Step 1
Grate colourful zest of lemon and lime, add to a resealable bag. Add juice from both, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Step 2
Mix well. Add chicken and turn to coat. Seal bag and turn occasionally (every 1-2 hours). Can be refrigerated for up to 12 hours. (The longer it marinates the better).
Step 3
Brush grill with oil and preheat before grilling. Grill until cooked through.
