MRS-J1S Tomato basil grilled chicken breast

This reminds me of my dad’s bbq, so good! Moist, tender and packed with flavor!

Instructions

Step 1
Brine chicken breast in salt water overnight. Do not skip this step, it makes the chicken tender and juicy.
Step 2
Remove chicken breast from brine water. Pat dry and place in large bag. Mix marinade mix per directions using balsamic vinegar. Pour over chicken, let sit at least 30 minutes before grilling.
Step 3
Cook on a medium hot grill. I use a Treager grill set at 350 degrees. It takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on thickness of breasts. Internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees.
