Lemon Fennel Chicken

Lay Chicken breasts in bottom of pan

Brush with vegetable oil

Lay springs of fennel on top

Step 4

Pour lemon juice over chicken

Sprinkle sparingly with black pepper

Bake at 375 until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 or higher
