Peel sweet potato/potato/taro roots and cut it into small bite pieces.

Cut pork ribs into 3-5cm across pieces, add in marinate sauce and rice powder mixture from 好人家蒸肉粉 Chinese marinate packet to mix. Further add in ginger and scallion squeezed water mixture, rest and marinate for 30 minutes.
