Instructions
Step 1
Stew apples with water until soft. Whip egg whites until stiff, add sugar and beat until sugar has dissolved. Allow apple to cool. Fold through egg whites and pour into an ovenproof dish.
Step 2
Combine cornflakes, brown sugar and melted butter and sprinkle on top of apple mixture.
Step 3
Bake at 180ºC for 10-15 minutes.
