Pumpkin Bread Pudding

Pumpkin Bread Pudding I love bread pudding so I wanted to try something different and I made pumpkin bread pudding. This reminds me of overnight French toast and it’s so good served warm with the sweet cream sauce.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bread into 2 inch cubes. Grease 9x13 baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Add bread to dish.
Step 2
In a large bowl, add eggs, heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Whisk everything together. Pour mixture over the bread and coat all pieces.
Step 3
Bake for 1 hour.

In a pan add butter, heavy cream and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Pour over bread pudding.
