Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200 C.

Cut the mini peppers in half by length and remove seeds and membrane.

Step 3
In a bowl, combine shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, half the crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper.

Step 4
Fill the peppers with prepared mixture.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes or until the peppers are soft and cheese is melty.

Step 6
Sprinkle with remaining bacon before serving.
Step 7
For a spicy version, you can use jalapenos peppers.
Step 8
Instead of cheddar cheese, you can use Pepper-jack for an added kick!
