2 CupsDesiccated Coconut
1 CupMedjool Dates
Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained
¼ cupcaramel protein powder
0.25 CupPeanut Butter
1 tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Place all coconut rough ingredients into a food processor and process until thick and clumpy. Press into a lined square baking tray.
Step 2
Top with chocolate and coconut and set in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Slice and enjoy. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
