Instructions

For the milk chocolate layer

Step 1
Line a 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium heat melt together the chocolate chips, condensed milk & salt until combined.
Step 3
Remove from heat & stir in the peppermint extract. Spread evenly in the prepared pan & chill for 30 minutes.

For the white chocolate layer

Step 4
In a saucepan over medium heat melt together the chocolate chips, condensed milk & salt until combined.
Step 5
Remove from heat & stir in the peppermint extract. Spread evenly over the milk chocolate layer & sprinkle with crushed candy cane.
Step 6
Chill for 2 to 4 hours before removing from pan & slicing into squares.
