Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add pudding mix and cold milk. Mix on high speed for two minutes. Refrigerate pudding for 15 minutes to soft set.
Step 2
Remove pudding from fridge and fold in 1 cup of whipped cream topping for an extra fluffy dessert.
Step 3
Unwrap peppermint candies and place in a plastic sandwich bag, sealed. Use a wooden rolling pin or large spoon to gently crush peppermint candies.
Step 4
Assemble dessert bowls with two large spoonfuls of pudding mixture, 2 palmiers, crushed peppermints and a large squirt of whipped cream. Enjoy!
