Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Step 3
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Step 4
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Step 5
Line 12 cup muffin tin with muffin liners.
Step 6
Place a graham cracker at bottom of each liner.
Step 7
Scoop batter over graham crackers, dividing batter evenly between muffin cups.
Step 8
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 9
Let cool before refrigerating overnight.
Step 10
Serve plain or with fruit or chocolate sauce. Enjoy!

Freeze for up to 3 months.
