Brownie cups with a white chocolate truffle center with crushed candy canes. Reminds me of Thin Mints. Whipped cream optional but delicious

Step 1
Gently split each truffle in half with a knife. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg in a bowl until smooth. Spray non stick spray into a mini cupcake pan. Pour batter into each cup until almost to the top. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Take out of oven and immediately and gently press a small well, using a shot glass, into each brownie. Then, while still warm, place a half truffle into each cup. Let melt. Spoon a 1/4 tsp of crushed peppermint candies into each cup. Let cool and harden. Pipe whipped cream on top (optional). Enjoy!
