Instructions
Step 1
Spread marshmallows on a parchment paper lined large cookie sheet. Bake at 225 for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Cool completely. When cooled break into small 1/2” pieces. Doesn’t have to be perfect. Set aside. Break the graham crackers into 1/2” pieces and set aside. On a large parchment lined baking sheet place the hershey bars. Depending on the size of your baking sheet will determine how many bars to use. I use a very large cookie sheet. I can fit 16 bars in whole and then break up the last two bars to fit in the empty spaces. But it doesn’t really matter if you use less bars. Just fill the cookie sheet with as many as will fit. And it’s ok if you have a little space between bars or on edges. Melt the bars in a 225 oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately top with half the marshmallow and crackers. Take a spoon and mix them into the chocolate with a stirring spreading motion. Top with remaining marshmallows and crackers. Take the spoon and gently tap them into the chocolate so when the chocolate hardens they are secure. And it’s ok if some are covered a little in the chocolate. When completely hardened break into chunks. Store in container and if it’s not gone in a few days, it will last a few weeks. It’s even better stored and eaten right from the freezer.
