This is my go to recipe when I need to satisfy my waffle cravings.

Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in the microwave and set it aside to cool to room temperature
Step 2
In a mixing bowl crack eggs, vanilla extract, salt, sugar, melted butter and mix to combine
Step 3
Add two cups of buttermilk to the mixture
Step 4
In a separate bowl or sifter, add the flour, baking powder and baking soda
Step 5
Combine all of the ingredients and let it rest for at least 10 minutes
Step 6
Plug in your waffle iron, let it preheat and spray with cooking spray
Step 7
Add in about 1 cup of your waffle mixture on the iron, close the iron, and set your timer to 2 minutes
Step 8
When the timer goes off, remove your waffle from the iron and let it cool for about a minute
Step 9
