Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
3 steps
Prep:20min
Make your very own confectionery treat that looks impressive, but is simply easy! Kids will love this, and most adults, too! Very moreish, you won't be able to stop at one.
Laura's Notes: try and use a piping bag for neatness, sift the icing sugar, maybe use a mixer (was very difficult to mix the filling, arm ached)
Put a dollop of chocolate in the paper case and drag it up the sides, turning the case as you go (try not to make it go over the edges).
Was very hard to get the cases off without chocolate melting all over hands, try not to get chocolate over the top of the case (or don't cut the cases)
