Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 C
Step 2
Season chicken with smoked paprika and cumin. Then place in oven for 25-30 mins
Step 3
Place 400g of cocus cous in a bowl and make up chicken stock. Cover cous cous and then leave it sit.
Step 4
Dice the bell Peper up really fine. Heat oil in a pan. Once hot add the green beans in the pan for 6-8 mins. Then add the bell pepper for total of 12 mins and add soya sauce. Keeping spearate in a new pan or cover green beans with a bowl and place round the outside to cook them.
Step 5
Then add the bell pepper to the cous cous and mix.
Step 6
Take the cooked chicken out of the oven and cut into strips.
Step 7
Plate with cocus cous the cous cous add the green beans on the side and then the chicken.
