This recipe links to a YouTube video where this dish is not the only dish being made in the video. That content creator didn't leave a recipe in the description or the comments as far as I can tell.
The version here is kind of a mess. No quantities listed. Ingredients in the list don't appear in the instructions (where do you go, chili pepper? I cooked it with the bell pepper for the couscous but it could also reasonably go in the green beans). Some of the instructions don't make sense - add stock to the couscous and let it soak? I mean, yes, but it's probably important to know the stock should be boiling when you add it. (I just cooked my couscous according to package instructions but someone just looking at the directions here might not be happy with their results.)
This is an okay base if you already have cooking experience and can fill in the numerous blanks / dodge the misleading info. But still - while the flavors of each component of this are good independently, I am not sure how I feel about them all together in one meal (the soy sauce green beans particularly stand out as odd in comparison with the other two).
