Instructions
Step 1
Wash and thinly slice your apples.
Step 2
Add your apples slices to a bowl, cover with water and the juice of half a lemon and microwave for 3 mins.
Step 3
Drain your apple slices, pat them dry and set aside.
Step 4
Roll out your puff pastry and cut it into 7 stripes.
Step 5
Spread some apricot jam on each stripe, add your apple slices along one long edge of puff pastry (about 1/4 inch beyond edge).
Step 6
Fold the bottom half of dough over apple slices.
Step 7
Roll your stripe to for a rose, place each rose in a muffin tray, previously buttered and lined with parchment paper.
Step 8
Bake for about 40/45 mins (180C/360F).
Step 9
Decorate with some icing sugar on top.
Step 10
