Instructions
Step 1
Cut off the rind of your bread slices and use your fingers to press down the centre of your bread slice to create a pocket.

Fill the pocket with some Nutella.

In the meantime beat your egg in a small bowl.

Step 4
Brush your egg wash on the edges of your bread slice and fold it in half. Press the edges with your fingers to seal your Nutella Pocket (you can also use a fork).

Place your pockets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush with more egg wash.

Bake for 10 mins or until golden (200C/390F) or air fry them for 5 mins (180C/360F). Buon appetito!
