It's November! Who says November says holiday season says chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate! So I made a chocolate pie. And I’m sure you too will make one ;)

Form a ball, flatten it slightly, cover it with cling film, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

You can then pre-bake your pie for about ten minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. I used little balls made especially for pre-baking my pie crust, but if you don't have any you can use dried beans or dried chickpeas, or anything else that can make a weight. Meanwhile, melt 200g of dark chocolate, and leave aside.

Tadaaa! I advise you to leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours or even overnight before eating it, the chocolate cream will be better!
