Instructions

Blend all ingredients (except blueberries) together until smooth.

Pour into a ramekin and top with a few blueberries.

Roughly mash remaining blueberries in a bowl, optional to add some chia seeds & sweetener to make it more of a jam. Top the cheesecake with the blueberry purée. Optional to sprinkle with 1/2 crushed lotus biscuit.
