Step 1
Dip a sharp knife in boiling water for 30 seconds
Step 2
With your hot knife, cut the ears off of the chocolate bunnies {keep dipping your knife in the boiling water as needed}
Step 3
Eat the ears {you deserve it!}
Step 4
Fill bunnies with chilled Jackson Morgan Peppermint Mocha {substitute with chocolate milk for the kiddos}
Step 5
Garnish with mint leaves, edible flowers {I get mine from Whole Foods} and straw
