Step 1
Preheat oven to 325ºF
Step 2
Grease 8x8” pan
Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Step 3
Microwave 8 oz cream cheese on high until soft, about 1 min
Step 4
Add ⅓ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg

Whisk for 1 min
Fudge Brownies
Step 6
Microwave 1 stick (½ cup) of butter until melted, about 1-2 mins

Add ⅓ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs

Whisk vigorously for 1 min
Step 9
Add ½ cup cocoa powder
⅓ cup flour
Pinch of salt
Assemble
Step 10
Reserve approx ½ cup brownie batter, pour rest of mixture into pan and spread.
Step 11
Add peanut butter mixture by dollops and spread evenly over brownie mixture.
Step 12
Add dollops of remaining brownie batter on top, use a knife or toothpick to swirl into a marble pattern.
Bake
Step 13
Bake 30-35 mins until toothpick comes out cleanly (will continue to set as they cool)

Allow to cool or chill in the fridge overnight before cutting.
