Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter
Step 2
Add 1 13.5oz cann of unsweetened coconut cream, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and Sugar-free alternative sugar of your choice, I like Allulose.
Step 3
Stir to combine and only heat until sweetener is dissolved. DO NO LET BOIL!
Step 4
Gather 3 pint Mason jars. Add one teaspoon of your favorite flavoring to each jar. I use Vanilla, Coconut and Almond.
Step 5
Divide creamer among the 3 madon jars
Step 6
In one jar if you choose to make a chocolate flavored cream, add 1 to 3 tsp of cocoa powder, put lid on the jar and shake vigorously to blend. Take lid off jar when done. Note: I made chocolate almond flavor for one of my jars.
Step 7
Leave to cool on your counter with lids off. Add lids and shake about every 30 minutes you keep the butter from separating. Remove lids again to finish cooling
Step 8
When creamer is cool, store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
