A super gooey brownie loaded with Dairy Milk Caramel bars, a layer of Rolo’s and salted caramel sauce 🤤 This wasn’t quite as neat as my last one, but omg it tastes sooooo good!

Brownies
1 cupunsalted butter
melted
⅔ cuplight brown sugar
1 cupcaster sugar
use granulated as alternative
3eggs
1 cupdark chocolate
melted and cooled slightly, slightly less than a cup
⅔ cupall-purpose flour
¼ cupcocoa powder
1 tspsalt
Filling
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to around 340˚F and line an 8” square pan with parchment paper.
Brownies
Step 2
Beat butter, brown sugar, and caster sugar together until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Beat in eggs until combined.
Step 4
Beat in chocolate until combined.
Step 5
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt and fold until combined.
Filling/Assembly
Step 6
Pour ⅓ of the batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Step 7
Place Dairy Milk Caramel bars on top of the batter.
Step 8
Pour over second ⅓ of the batter and spread evenly over Dairy Milk Caramel bars.
Step 9
Place Rolos completely over the batter.
Step 10
Pour over remaining ⅓ of the batter and spread evenly.
Step 11
Bake for 35-45 minutes.
