small, diced
1clove garlic
minced
1 tablespooncandied ginger
minced
½ cupapple cider vinegar
½ cuphoney
⅓ cupport
1 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
1clove
pressed
½ teaspooncinnamon
½ teaspoonground coriander
½ teaspoonpepper
mace
or nutmeg
ground cloves
salt
1pear
cored and diced
1apple
cored and diced
1 x 12 ouncefresh cranberries

Instructions
Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the pear, apple, and cranberries.
Step 2
Simmer for about 5 minutes over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the pear and apple, cooking for another 5 minutes until the fruit is soft but not falling apart.
Step 4
Reduce the heat to medium and add the cranberries.
Step 5
Cook for another 15 to 20 minutes until the cranberries have popped open and the whole mixture has the consistency of a thick jam.
Step 6
Keep refrigerated but allow to come to room temperature before serving.
