Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Step 3
Stir in cocoa and sugar.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, beat the peanut butter, melted butter, milk, egg and vanilla extract until mixture is smooth.
Step 5
Pour the peanut butter mixture and chocolate chips into the flour mixture.
Step 6
Stir until blended. The batter will be stiff.
Step 7
Fill the lined muffin tins full.
Step 8
Bake 20 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
