An easy plant based chocolate mousse (cheat's version!). For the best results, use a very thick coconut cream (the watery ones will not work). Ayam brand is best.

Instructions

Step 1
Gently heat coconut cream over the stove or in the microwave. It doesn't need to be scalding hot, just gently heated. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Stir in the chocolate and keep stirring until you get a smooth mousse-y consistency. Spoon into ramekins and place in the fridge.
