Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust
Cheesecake

3 x 8 ozcream cheese
packages, softened

14 ozcan sweetened condensed milk

2 tspvanilla extract

1 cupheavy cream

4eggs

1 CupChocolate Chips

¼ cupchocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1

In a food processor, add all of your Oreos and blend until the Oreos are very fine.


Step 2

Pour the crushed Oreos into a bowl and add melted butter. Mix really well.



Step 3

Pour the Oreo/Butter mixture into the base of a spring form pan and spread on the bottom evenly. (You're welcome to prebake your crust. If so, air fry your crust at 300 degrees for 5min.)


Step 4

In a large bowl, add your cheesecake base ingredients: Cream Cheese, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Heavy Cream, and Vanilla Extract. Use a handheld mixer and blend well.





Step 5

Add Eggs, 1 by 1, and mix well. **Do not over-mix!** Preheat the Air Fryer to 300 Degrees for 5min.


Step 6

Pour the cheesecake mixture into the spring form pan and shake left to right to level it out. Air Fry at 300 Degrees for 35-40min. (**If your Cheesecake is cooking too fast on the top, place a piece of aluminum foil over it and continue cooking**)

Step 7

Make sure to check cheesecake doneness with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cheesecake is done. Let Cheesecake cool and put it into the fridge for a minimum of 4hrs or overnight.
Step 8

Top Cheesecake with whipped topping and chocolate chips. Enjoy!
