1. Cook frozen cauliflower with 1 can chicken broth in a deep pan on medium high heat until defrosted and hot

2. Place cream cheese, butter, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper in blender with hot cauliflower mash and broth and blend until smooth (if you want smoother texture add more broth)

How to Roast Garlic : Chop off top of garlic, drizzle a little olive oil, wrap in foil, roast 450 25-30 min. Let cool. Squeeze out garlic to use. (Lazy tip: if you don’t have time to Roast garlic cook garlic cloves with the cauliflower mash and chicken broth in step one, cook until soft) You can prepare roasted garlic ahead of time, usually good 3-4 days in fridge.
