Instructions
Step 1
In medium sauce pan: Stir constantly - butter (to melt), cocoa, & milk
Step 2
Stir until almost boiling. Consistency will be like a thick frosting or fudge. After it gets to this point & right when butter starts to BARELY separate back out from mixture, pull it off the heat to add powdered sugar (& nuts if you choose.)
Step 3
Pour warm frosting over warm cake.
