Instructions
Step 1
Fill a large soup pot 3/4 full with water

Add carcass
Step 3
Add chopped onion
Step 4
Add salt
Step 5
Simmer 3-4 hours
Step 6
When you find the broth flavourful enough remove carcass
Step 7
Add chopped cabbage and carrots
Step 8
Simmer until carrots and cabbage are softened and the cabbage becomes opaque about 20 minutes
Step 9
Add chopped leftover turkey. Heat. Do not boil as turkey will become tough.
Step 10
Add more salt if needed - to taste
