Garlic Butter Sauce
Instructions
Bread
Step 1
Mix milk, sugar, and dry yeast in a bowl
Step 2
Add bread flour, salt, and egg
Step 3
Knead for 5 minutes
Step 4
Add unsalted butter and continue kneading for 15 minutes
Step 5
Proof the dough for 45-60 minutes or until it doubles in size
Step 6
Knead the dough for 5 more minutes and divide it into 4 pieces

Proof for an additional 30 minutes or until it reaches 1.5 times the size

Bake at 180°c or 360°f for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
Cream Cheese

Mush the cream cheese until it becomes smooth and soft

Add the sugar and continue mixing

Finally add the whipping cream and mix some more
You can use milk as well
Garlic Butter Sauce

Melt the unsalted butter in a mixing bowl

Add the minced garlic, condensed milk, egg, honey/sugar, and parsley flakes and mix well
Combine them all

Cut the bread about 90% of the way down into 6 segments

Pipe the cream cheese into the crevices of the cuts
Step 16
Glaze the whole thing in the garlic butter sauce. Like just douse it completely.
Step 17
Bake at 160°C or 320°F for 10 minutes
Step 18
Take it out and enjoy!
